Educational Opportunities

Consultation group for new LCSW's or LPC's working with emotionally dysregulated adolescents who are currently engaging in or at high risk to self harm and/or suicide and/or are prone to prolonged dysregulation.  Consultation will provide a safe, non-judgmental space in which a clinician can be vulnerable and gain self-knowledge and clinical knowledge  in working with this population and their families.  Consultation will be provided from a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy point of view and will utilize family systems and experiential approaches.  

Group occurs once a month on Saturdays for 2 hours and costs $100.00/group with a commitment of 3 months.

 DBT Consultation Team for clinicians who have had  at least a two-day DBT training and want guidance being more adherent to the DBT model, maintain motivation and enhance your skills. This group will conform to consultation team principles set forth by DBT-Linehan Institute to include mindfulness, psycho-education, and case consultation.  This is group therapy for the therapist in a non-judgmental environment because treating clients with high risk behaviors is extremely stressful and therapists need support to be effective.  Group will have up to 8 clinicians, requires a commitment of 6 months, $80.00/group and will meet two Monday evenings a month 6:30-8p.

165/hr for on site DBT Consultation inside perimeter or 200/hr for first hr outside
